Stan launched his career with a foundation in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, quickly moving into the software world. He founded Concord Business Systems and led it to global recognition as a Microsoft Dynamics AX Partner of the Year.

As the company grew, however, he encountered the “owner’s ceiling”—spending more time managing people than leading the business. With the help of a business coach, Stan aligned his leadership team around a shared vision, empowering them to make confident decisions and, just as importantly, giving him back evenings with his family.

After a successful exit, Stan held senior leadership roles at EFI (now eProductivity Software), Oracle NetSuite, and Workday. He also spent over a decade on the board of Leadership Revolution, helping develop leaders around the world to integrate faith and work.

Today, as a partner with Legacy Leadership, Stan helps CEOs who feel “alone at the top” build strong leadership teams, reclaim their time, and lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
