The annual program that builds leaders who lead.

Next Level Leadership is a 12-month structured program built around two monthly touchpoints: a 3-hour in-person Leadership Lab and a 1-hour 1:1 executive coaching session for every participant.

Cohorts of 6–12 leaders work through the NLL curriculum together—sharing experiences, practicing accountability, and executing on the company vision. The program is delivered on-site by a certified Providence Coaching team, with hybrid options available.

NLL tools and processes from the workbook ensure real habit change—not just a training event that fades by Monday morning.
