Isaac Phillips

Director of Training & Development

Isaac has spent more than two decades helping leaders and organizations gain clarity, strengthen culture, and lead with greater purpose, health, and effectiveness. Since beginning his professional work in leadership development in 2004, he has worked alongside CEOs, executive teams, business owners, and emerging leaders to help them navigate the real challenges that come with leading people, scaling organizations, and building healthy cultures. His work is centered around helping leaders achieve greater results with less drama so they can experience more freedom in both their leadership and life.

As a key member of both the Providence Coaching and Legacy Leadership, Isaac works closely with CEOs and executive teams to help them move from confusion to clarity, from misalignment to healthy collaboration, and from reactive leadership to intentional influence. He is especially passionate about helping leaders simplify complexity, improve communication, navigate differences well, and create cultures where both people and performance can thrive together.

Isaac is known for creating environments where leaders can think clearly, communicate honestly, and grow together in ways that produce both personal transformation and organizational impact. Drawing from proven leadership frameworks like, organizational health principles, and practical leadership development tools, he helps leaders align their teams around what matters most and build organizations that generate greater results, less drama, and more freedom.

Prior to his current leadership roles, Isaac spent 11 years with Sojourn Adventures, one of Perimeter Church’s leadership development ministries focused on experiential learning and team development. During his time there, he helped lead the organization through more than 20x growth between 2012 and 2022 through leadership in program design, staff development, and organizational growth initiatives. He also helped recruit, develop, and deploy more than 250 staff members while serving over 1,500 teams ranging from schools and nonprofits to corporate organizations and professional sports teams.

Today, Isaac brings that same passion for transformational leadership into his work with leaders and organizations across a wide range of industries. He believes healthy leaders build healthy teams, and healthy teams create lasting impact. Deeply committed to helping leaders discover and walk in God’s providential calling for their lives, Isaac considers it a privilege to come alongside leaders as they grow in awareness, stewardship, and effectiveness so they can lead with greater clarity, purpose, excellence, and lasting legacy.
