Carlos Rosales brings more than 50 years of business leadership experience to his role at Legacy Leadership — and he has spent the better part of the last decade turning that experience into transformation for others.

A self-described "street smart sales guy," Carlos has lived and breathed every aspect of the sales and leadership process across his career — holding numerous leadership positions, building high-performing teams, and delivering results for some of the most driven organizations in the marketplace.

He spent several years with the Zig Ziglar Corporation as Director of Marketing and holds the certification of Professional Direct Marketer (PDM) from the University of Missouri Kansas City.

A Certified Business Coach (CBC), Certified Process Consultant (CPC), and Certified Professional Leadership Coach (CPLC), Carlos has spent two decades working with executives and business owners — helping them reach new levels of performance, profitability, and personal fulfillment. His approach is direct, relational, and results-driven: he doesn't just coach leaders — he builds them. He believes that great leadership is not simply learned — it is called forth, and every leader has more inside them than they've yet discovered.

For more than 12 years, Carlos has served as a Convene Chair — facilitating peer advisory groups that connect, equip, and inspire Christian CEOs and business owners to grow exceptional businesses and become higher-impact leaders who honor God in the marketplace.

As Partner and Director of Licensed Partners at Legacy Leadership, Carlos is responsible for recruiting, equipping, and developing the coaches who deliver the Legacy Leadership programs across the country. He knows the programs work because he has lived their principles. His deepest passion is developing leaders who don't just perform better at work — but who lead with clarity, character, and God-given purpose in every area of life.

Carlos is also a published author. His book, 10X for Christ: Discovering Your 10X Lifestyle in Jesus Christ, challenges readers to live a bolder, more intentional life rooted in faith — a conviction that shapes everything he does as a coach, a leader, and a man. He believes the marketplace is one of the greatest mission fields in the world, and that business leaders who grow in character are uniquely positioned to change their families, their communities, and their culture.

Carlos lives on the shores of Lake Livingston, Texas with his wife Sherrill. He is the proud father of six, grandfather of eight, and great-grandfather of three.
